The DLC is pleased to announce that the Horticultural V2.0 new single and family grouping product applications are now being accepted. Between April and June 2021, the DLC will be utilize a hybrid application model that uses both the Application Portal and email communications. Please refer to the Interim Application Period Guidance for V2.0 for more information.

The DLC is unable to accept update applications and private label applications until June 2021. If you do not have a critical time frame to list your product(s), please consider delaying your application until June 2021, as review timeframes will be extended during the interim application period.
