This webinar will cover the feedback received for draft 1 of the Hort Technical Requirements V3.0 and the updates we have included in draft 2. These major updates to the Hort Technical Requirements V3.0 work to support the acceleration of energy efficient lighting in controlled environment and are scheduled to take effect in Q1 2023. The proposed updates include: 1. Revision to increase efficacy threshold
2. Introduction of Application Information requirements
3. Introduction of Product-level controllability requirements
4. Additional Reporting Requirements for LM-79
5. Introduction of Surveillance Testing Policy with a proposed effective date of October 2023.
