Where Lighting, Controls, Buildings, and Environmental Impact Come Together

The commercial lighting market is changing quickly — advanced controls, integrated building systems, and new program models are reshaping how utilities, manufacturers, and efficiency leaders approach lighting savings.

Co-hosted by the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, the 2026 DLC Summit is designed to move the industry from conversation to action. Across two days of panels, small-group discussions, and networking, attendees will dig into what’s working now, what barriers remain, and how lighting can keep delivering energy savings, decarbonization, and sustainability.
