The DLC has released a request for proposals for a consultant to develop a methodology to quantify the non-energy benefits of advanced building controls. Proposals will be accepted until March 1, 2021. Respondents may submit questions about this RFP until February 24, 2021 via email to Doug Paton, contact information within.
