Make the Savings Real! With a Standardized Networked Lighting Controls Configuration Report
10/8/20252:00pm EDT1 hour
Savings from Networked Lighting Controls (NLCs) ordinarily depend on actual usage patterns and whether they are properly programmed to function as intended. Therefore, historically, NLCs typically are only incentivized through custom programs with higher administrative costs rather than prescriptive delivery mechanisms, like downstream and midstream. The new NEMA/ANSI Standard C137.9 enables accurate project data collection in a standard format so that energy efficiency programs can claim higher savings with confidence that the systems are intentionally programmed, supported by the configuration report. Learn how this new standard will benefit programs with reliable, standardized NLC project data! What We Will Learn
• Gain an understanding of the new NEMA/ANSI C137.9 standard and how it will increase confidence in savings claims from on Networked Lighting Controls.
• How to evaluate NLC configuration information from a C137.9 compliant report for use as supportive evidence in program evaluations.
• How to apply the C137.9 standard to increase compliance with EE program terms and reduce costly onsite inspections.
