When an energy retrofit includes new lighting with integrated, networked occupancy sensors, the BMS can use this granular occupancy data for schedule optimization, occupied standby mode, etc. to save significant whole building energy. Attendees will learn about recent and ongoing advances to make lighting and HVAC easier to integrate — including a new, free “Toolkit” to support better communication between the worlds of lighting and HVAC.
