The DLC does not verify any of the claims made by the manufacturer regarding product performance. The manufacturer and/or distributor has been notified of this logo violation and steps they need to take to resolve the issue(s). When the DLC has confirmed that all issues have been resolved, this Logo Violation Notice will be marked as “Resolved” and will be archived in an aggregated list on the Logo Violation Notice archive web page.
